As you are aware – every property sold in Queensland has to have interconnected smoke alarms (one goes off they all go off) inside every bedroom. And every other property needs to meet the new smoke alarm laws before the end of 2026. When you do your inspection (which no doubt includes the smoke alarms) you simply make a recommendation to your customer and we pay you for each successful referral – up to $100 per property. Just for a successful recommendation.
